BENEFITS
Quick turnaround to handover to Realtor, Landlord, or Owner to prepare for Rental.
Includes clear out of entire home (cabinets, drawers, debris, etc.), all labor, moving costs, dump fees, etc.
Enables the house to be turned over for deep cleaning or maintenance in preparation for Sale, Rent, or handover to Landlord.

THE PROCESS
STEP ONE:
Make an appointment for a walkthrough - Important! Tag anything that is NOT part of the Buy-Out (or put all in one area/room to make it easily identifiable)​
STEP TWO:
Discuss proposed buy-out amount, if applicable (there is a chance that the estate would not qualify for a buy-out ... meaning it has too high or low of a value). Once an amount is agreed - anything removed before the pick up is grounds for us to cancel the entire transaction.

​STEP THREE:
Schedule Clear-Out date.
STEP FOUR:
We will conduct another walkthrough 1-2 days prior, this is necessary to discuss any changes or concerns.
STEP FIVE:
Day of Clear-Out our team will show up and payment for agreed amount is received.
